Giveaway Rules and Policy

1. Eligibility
• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and representatives of RichHides, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.
• Subject to all applicable federal, state (Texas), and local laws. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period:
1. Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
2. Tag a friend in comments section of giveaway post on Instagram.
3. Follow the @RichHides Instagram page.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or fake accounts will result in disqualification.
3. Prize & Prize Conditions
One (1) randomly selected winner will choose between:

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each bundle: $300.
• No substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives unless determined by Rich Hides.
• Any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
• If required by law, the winner will receive a 1099 tax form.
4. Entry Period
• Giveaway begins: March 17, 2025
• Giveaway ends: March 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM (CST)
• Entries must be received before the deadline to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on Instagram on Sunday, March 30, 2025 via the official @RichHides Instagram page.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm their prize and provide necessary verification.
• If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
6. Prize Delivery
• The prize will be delivered digitally via email.
• The winner must provide a valid email address to receive their Vintage Market Days tickets and confirmation of their prize selection.
• Prize bundle of choice is to be picked up in person April 3rd-5th at the Vintage Market Days of Greater San Antonio in the Rich Hides Booth
• If the winner fails to provide necessary information within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Additional Terms & Conditions
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or Vintage Market Days.
• By entering, participants agree to release Instagram, Meta, and Rich Hides from any liability related to this giveaway.
• Rich Hides reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
• By entering, participants grant Rich Hides permission to use their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Rich Hides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if unforeseen issues arise, including fraud or technical failures.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected will only be used for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
9. Publicity Release
By entering this giveaway, the winner grants Rich Hides the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and any submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Website announcements
• Email marketing
• Any other marketing materials
This usage does not require additional compensation beyond the awarded prize. If the winner does not consent, they must notify RichHides in writing upon acceptance of the prize.
